Tank Build

A build for the serious Tank paladins out there (they really do exist). Offers blessing of kings and sanctuary, and has most of the tanking improvements from the protection tree. Also offers improved blessing of might and deflection for the 5% extra parry chance. Vindication is included to help weaken targets not immune to it. No points went into holy as a tank generally isn't supposed to be healing itself.
