Blood Fury:

The rage that Orcs have is immense with their history their fury is dangerous when called upon, activate Blood Fury and it will increase you base melee Attack Power by 25%, however decreasing all healing spells and effects on you by 50%. Blood Fury lasts for 15 seconds and has a 2 minute cooldown.

When your close to defeat and your healer has gone all mana out, Blood Fury can be the come back that's needed. The only downside of Blood Fury is the reduced effect of healing, when alone or with a mana-starved healer this doesn't become an issue. This is good for all Orc melee classes and will increase to Attack power will do nothing for casters.

Hardiness:

Wars against many opposition have left the Orcs more resistant than before, especially to stun attacks as Orcs have a passive 25% chance to resist stun effects because of Hardiness.

This is a very useful ability for both PvP and PvE and does not have a downside. Melee classes can carry on moving and attack, and casters will only have their cast time reduced than interrupted.

Command:

Orcs have first hand knowledge of commanding others, therefore Pets of Warlocks and Hunters deal 5% more damage. The ability is passive so does not need to be activated.

This ability does nothing for Shaman, Rogue and Warrior but for Warlocks and Hunters it is a blessing. A pet with more damage equals more aggro management and faster kills.

Axe Specialization:

Orc's primitive life started out as tree cutting and they thank that now, with their +5 to maximum skill in Axes and Two-Handed Axes is a passive trait and does not need to be activated.

If you are willing to put in the training time makes your combat skills better, you will be able to have a higher chance to hit your target and hit more critical strikes.

[edit] Starting Location

The starting location for both Trolls and Orcs is the Valley of Trails where Kaltunk will give you your first quest. In southern Durotar the Valley of Trials has many quests and trainers for your first day and most of the monsters are neutral.
